Following the repairs to Saron Chapel and the complete restoration of the Vestry we have now formed a Heritage Hub for the village – an exciting and brand new modern community building, with fast Internet, to be used by residents of all ages from Treoes and within the Llangan Community.

The Heritage Hub has disability toilets, a full kitchen, a stair lift to first floor and is fully equipped for hire as a professional meeting room for 8-10 people and for up to 20 people as a club venue. The Heritage Hub is also the home of The History Group and on this website you’ll find information about the area’s fascinating past.

There are lots of way to get involved, from contributing old photos or stories about the  area, as well as helping to make the Heritage Hub a valuable asset for all residents.

From the time that humans first walked on this land, through to modern times, Treoes, or to give it its former name, Goston, is a fascinating place – rich in heritage and cultural associations. Find out more from our history pages.
